Terms and Conditions

 

You must agree by all Terms and conditions as listed when attending a Public or Private events hosted by Stunning Photography or Mario Krotkas.

 

1. Photographers and models involved in photo shoots & events are agreeing to these terms and conditions. You are also confirming that you are 18 years or older.

2. Stunning Photography or Mario Krotkas shall not be held responsible by any means at any time in any of the following conditions

3. Photos that end up on online or offline media without the Photographers & Models consent.

4. Everyone attending photo shoots and workshops are responsible for their own public liability insurance

5. Under no circumstances will Stunning Photography or Mario Krotkas will be responsible for loss of any valuable items before and during or after the workshops, owned by any other party

6.  Stunning Photography or Mario Krotkas is not responsible for any personal injury, loss of income or damage to property arising from incidents occurring at the workshop venue or Public place.

7. Stunning Photography or Mario Krotkas is not responsible for any illness or reaction you may develop due to weather, materials used during the session or social gatherings.

8. Images or video taken by Stunning Photography or Mario Krotkas are owned in perpetuity and may also be used for marketing purposes without participants permission.
